Incident selection

Incident rows are retained when the public record supports an AI and self-harm intersection at or above Grade C under the registry rules. External-only routes are allowed when public primary sources are available and local mirroring is unnecessary or restricted.

Governance selection

The public crosswalk retains one or more public documents per organization that most clearly expose current self-harm governance treatment, stratified by document genre before provider-level comparison.

Selective evidence hosting

Selective evidence hosting means the live site copies only the local evidence files that are explicitly linked from public incident pages. Other tracked materials remain in the repository but are not exposed on the live site.
